I'm going to have a good long cogitate about this while I experiment
with es over the next weeks.  I just wanted to say at this stage that
while I think Paul's point that things that are right in some languages
are not necessarily right in others is directly on target, it still seems
to me that call/cc is a natural for es.  I don't have a solution in mind
for the externalisation problem.  I just didn't want to be silent and have
that interpreted as lack of interest :).
