again, a call for show stoppers

this time in es-0.83.  i believe that all reported bugs in 0.82 were fixed,
but i can't test everything, thanks to rampant heterogeneity.

what, you ask, other than bug fixes, is in 0.83?
	+ this probably counts as a fix, but the method for generating
	  sigmsgs.c (as well as its format and use) has radically changed,
	  thanks to comments on the rc and es lists.
	+ initial.es has comments explaining how es boots itself
	+ a commented version of my .esrc is provided
	+ a (toy) debugger for es scripts is included

anyway, let me know about the stability of this release.
