I prefer not adding it either.  As you say, the current globbing behaviour
is inituitive and used in rc/sh.  Adding a %glob-failure just seems like a
hack to me, if you want to provide a hook to change globbing behaviour, then
let us have %glob.  Anyway, I thought we were in the middle of a discussion
on what to remove from es, please don't add any feature haphazardly.
