I am sorry you were offended.  I did not know the word `girls' is
dismissive, but now that you have informed me I shall be more
careful.  I did indeed not intend any slight to the females of our
species, and apologize for any perceived offence.  It is indeed my
experience that women do tend to be more result oriented than us
boys.  I view this as a positive trait, that we could profit from
adopting ourselves -- I know I could.  (I use the word `boys' here as
meaning grown men like me who have not outgrown the need for toys.
Hope this does not offend as well).
