killing jobs in ex

Using es on Solaris, I cannot kill a job. Control-C does not work and
neither does the kill command. Checking the man page, there is no kill
primitive that I find.

I do not use es as my default shell. My default shell is csh and then I
fire up es on top of it and set the SHELL variable to es. I do this to
be able to access the proper environment determined by our .cshrc that
is used by others who do not choose to use es.
