Non-login config files

Me neither, and in fact, it's trivial to add a hook to %interactive-loop to
run some function which reads a config file on startup.

I could post the source for my own interactive loop, but I think most
people would be horrified.  I seem to recall that paul didn't even
understand it.  :-)
